The Department of Justice has label MegaUpload as "International Organized Criminal Enterprise Alleged Responsible for Massive Worldwide Online Piracy". The founder Kim Schmitz or better known as Kim Dotcom has been arrested in Auckland, New Zealand with three other executives. Source The Verge.
